    You can return or exchange any unused or unworn item within 30 days of purchase. 
    Shipping costs on returns or exchanges are not refundable unless there was an error or defect in your order.
    To complete your return or exchange, please email us at info@kee-ka.com. We'll need your order number or other proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before receiving a Return Authorization number.
    If you requested a refund and it was approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Gift cards can not be refunded.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a traceable shipping service when shipping.

    I'm buying for a newborn baby, what size should I choose?
    Our smallest size is 0-3 months. However, if you’re buying a gift we suggest 3-6 or 6-12 months.

    Are these pre-shrunk?
    No. We use 100% premium cotton so they might shrink a little depending on how they are washed. Please follow care instructions on label.
